HEGE XPS Fiber Cement Sandwich Panel is abio-composite material with multi-layer fortified fiberglass net and without any asbestos and other baleful material inside. It will not emit smoke and gas when the board fires. The incombustibility is complying to GB8624-1997A standard. The core material is XPS whose physics character is very stable. The super heat insulation capability can save the power consumption for cooling and heating of the construction. The panel and core material are combined by PU through pressing process. The PU material physics and chemistry characters can hold stably in long time, which is recognized weather resistance material. The super sound insulation ability ensures quiet and elegance surroundings of the rooms, which can prevent insect and tide, and will not affect by the coagulate water drops or wet weather. The lightest board is 12kg/m2, and it has special tenon for quick installation. The board can be reinforced by thicker steel invisibility, which can effectively pull the board and decrease human injury caused by wall dumping at emergency such as earth shock. The board materials are very stable and resist aging, and the useful life is up to 50 years, which is the preferred material for new construction wall.

Notice: impact strength is the maximum impact times before board cracked. Test condition: swing shock with 30KG weight sand bag and 0.5M fall.
Joint
1. Fixing countersunk stainless steel self tapping screw at the purline on edges of the board, which is for orientation and fixation.
2. Using one piece screw per 40cm space. If there is hiding steel or purline, it has to been fixed by the screw.
3. The joint is fixed by staple on the tenon, which gap is around 3mm. Filling the gapfiller into the gaps effectively and strickling the filled gap with scraper.
4. Sanding the filled gap slightly when it is dry enough, and then mopping up the second layer gapfiller.
5. When the second layer gapfiller is dry enough, sanding the joint surface slightly till it become even. Then you can do the final decoration of the wall surface.
